General terms and conditions – Outtloud Website

These conditions of use ("Conditions of Use") set out the conditions applicable to your use of, including your services through, this website ("Website") by Outtloud Music Group A.B.N:93910798527 . Outtloud may amend these Conditions of Use at any time by posting the amended terms on this Website which you acknowledge shall constitute sufficient notice to you thereof. These Conditions of Use were last amended on 14th June 2010.

Acceptance of terms

You acknowledge and accept that by using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this Website.

Any use of service offered on this Website is subject to the applicable Outtloud.

If Outtloud has sent you an email, please read the disclaimer on the bottom of the email. Under company law it is illegal to forward an email to a third party company or person. All of our emails are tracked to ensure our IP and policies are in tact. Breaching this notice is against the law and will be past to our lawyer for action immediately. We do not breach your privacy so please dont breach ours.

Outtloud does not tolerate Spam, Conning, Phishing, Hacking Attempts or Copyright breeches. Those who attempt this will be terminated completely in an appropriate way deemed suitable by the director, with NO Liability.

Outtloud will only do monitory transactions with registered businesses with an A.B.N or equivalent. 

Privacy

Outtloud operates under the NSW Privacy Act. 

Other Companies

Outtloud cannot be reproduced, copied or used as part of any other companies for use against individuals, volenteers or owners of Outtloud.com in action against the individuals mentioned. This includes employees or directors of any company who gather information in or outside their company for use of legal, spying, stalking and for use on their website. Outtloud is a free site and we want to keep it that way.
